This uniquely modern creation was a design and construct project. Our clients wanted to equip their residence with all the comforts and features a luxurious modern family home could offer. We delivered on their requirements, incorporating spacious indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, a pool, and intuitive storage spaces within the home.
We included an alfresco area with a built-in BBQ, bench and fridge, 4 bedrooms and a study, a living area with three separate zones, and a gym room. This multi-functional house is highly liveable for all seasons of the year, featuring a gas log fireplace and in-built heating in the concrete flooring for the cooler months, as well as and ceiling fans in the alfresco area to enjoy the summer months.
