This narrow block was a great investment property for our clients yet required an inventive design to create a functional home that utilised space cleverly. The plans presented to us didn’t quite comply with all building regulations, so we first assisted in modifying the plans to suit these requirements. 

We worked with the client’s chosen architect to create this luxurious home featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, three spacious living areas, two car spaces and a beautiful courtyard. Unsurprisingly, this sleek, low maintenance home was snapped up at auction.
